Membership fees cover access to the concierge service only.
Consultations, tests, and procedures are billed separately at the time of booking.
Many international insurers reimburse GP consultations or investigations.
We can provide an invoice or receipt for reimbursement - please check your policy terms before booking.
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours in advance without charge.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

You can book online at any time, or contact our team by phone, email, or (for members) via WhatsApp. We offer both telemedicine and face-to-face consultations, with flexible same-day or next-day availability whenever possible.
We can organise a wide range of diagnostic tests including blood tests, X-rays, and scans. These can be done from the comfort of your home, at our partner clinics, or through accredited diagnostic partners across the country. Your doctor cann help you decide based on your preferences and clinical need.
Your clinician or a member of our clinical team will share your results securely, usually within a few days, and can schedule a follow-up consultation to discuss next steps.

Patients aged under 18 must have parental or guardian consent for medical consultations, whether online or in person. For ongoing care, we ensure consent and safeguarding requirements are met in accordance with UK law and GMC guidance. Where appropriate, young people aged 16–17 may attend appointments independently, with consent managed on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. When visiting the UK, parents or siblings of student members may use the same concierge service to help coordinate their own appointments or healthcare needs. They’ll benefit from the same streamlined booking and access pathways as our student members.
We maintain confidentiality in line with GMC guidance while supporting open, collaborative care when appropriate. Our clinicians are experienced in managing the sensitive and legal nuances around shared communication and consent.
Only with your consent. We can share updates or letters with schools, universities, or your NHS GP if this supports continuity of care — for example, to coordinate academic adjustments or specialist referrals. No information is shared without explicit permission.

The Maison Medica International Student Care Membership is designed for international students living and studying in the UK. Membership benefits may also be extended to parents or siblings of student members when they visit the UK, allowing families to access the same level of coordination and concierge support.
Yes, anyone can book an appointment directly online. Membership helps to streamline your experience and health outcomes.

Membership fees cover access to the concierge and coordination service. The cost of a Membership is £645 for the first year (includes initial onboarding appointment), and £385 per annum thereafter. Consultations, investigations, and procedures are charged separately. Members receive a 12% discount on listed telemedicine appointment prices.
Yes. Face-to-face appointments are available through our partner clinics and are charged according to each clinic’s pricing structure. The membership discount applies to telemedicine consultations booked via the Maison Medica platform.

Maison Medica collaborates with a small network of carefully selected partner clinics and hospitals around the world. These partnerships ensure a consistent standard of care and smooth coordination for international students and their families.

In some cases such as our clinic partner in Singapore, students may complete an initial onboarding consultation before travelling to the UK. This session gathers more than the usual information required on a school health form. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know the student, understand their medical history, lifestyle, and family concerns, and build a sense of trust before care is ever needed. The goal is that logistics are pre-emptively addressed, so we can focus on the health problem at hand.

At Maison Medica, we understand that boarding schools have a duty of care for their studeents. Maison Medica is an external, private medical service chosen by parents to support their child’s health. Maison Medica acts in line with individual schools' policies on external medical provision.

We do not act without student or parental/guardian consent, nor do we duplicate or replace school-based services.
We believe in collaborative care - if a student wishes us to liaise with their school, we do so clearly, respectfully, and securely and with appropriate consent.
