The onboarding appointment is a dedicated session — typically 60 minutes — where we get to know your child properly. We review their full medical history, complete all necessary consent forms, discuss any existing conditions or concerns, and talk through what good care looks like for your family. We'll also connect with their school or university at this stage. It's the foundation of everything — and it means that if something happens later, we're already prepared.

Yes — you can join at any point during the academic year. The sooner you join, the sooner your child is prepared. The onboarding appointment is scheduled as quickly as possible after you sign up, so there's no long wait before the membership is active and useful.

We'll always contact you ahead of renewal — we never charge without notice. From year two, the annual membership is £325. You're in full control of whether to continue, and we'll remind you well in advance so there are no surprises.

The membership is per child — each student has their own membership, onboarding, and medical file. If you have more than one child studying in England, please get in touch and we'll discuss a family arrangement.
