Frequently Asked Questions
You can book online at any time, or contact our team by phone, email, or (for members) via WhatsApp. We offer both telemedicine and face-to-face consultations, with flexible same-day or next-day availability whenever possible.
The choice is yours. Telemedicine provides secure video access to your clinician. This is ideal for convenience, continuity, and quick access wherever you are. Sometimes, that may be all you need, especially if we know you well. We love seeing our patients in person, but we also understand that face-to-face appointments aren’t always the most convenient. They are best when an examination, investigation, or more complex discussion is needed. We’re happy to support you to choice what best suits your care.
Our clinicians see patients in person at specifically selected CQC regulated partner clinics at the following locations.
Yes, absolutely. You can request a specific clinician when booking, subject to availability. We always aim to maintain continuity whenever possible.
Your doctor will organise any investigations, prescriptions, or referrals discussed during or after your consultation. We value ease of access, so our team will help you arrange follow-on care from tests and prescriptions to specialist appointments, as smoothly as possible.
We hold same-day appointments for issues that need prompt attention. If you’re unsure whether your concern is urgent, our team can help you decide the best next step.
For emergencies, please call 999 or attend your nearest Emergency Department. For urgent but non-emergency issues, please contact NHS 111. Members have access to a four-hour turnaround messaging service for concierge-related support - this is for administrative coordination only, not medical queries.
